Registration​​

I acknowledge that this activity involves exertion and carries with it the potential for injury. I hereby agree to waive the right to take legal action against the Brady Academy, First Church of Squantum, Brendan Brady, Julie Walsh Brady, and/or affiliates and associates for injuries incurred on these premises. It is understood and agreed that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the activities without any undue risk, and the participant has not been advised by any doctor or other medical person that participation in these activities should be avoided and/or limited. I also give permission for my child to have his/her picture taken to promote Brady Academy. I understand the images may be used in print/online publications, website and or social media.
